Adopt-A-Highway

This was another Adopt-A-Highway event that PDC has organized. We picked up trash along the highway around mile marker 15-17 and filled six full trash bags worth of litter. Some of the trash we picked up included cigarettes, bottles, plastic cups, rope, zip-ties, newspaper, and much more. It was a great way of serving our community by helping to keep the highway litter-free and another way for our brothers to bond together. All of the shirts and safety vests were provided by the Adopt-A-Highway organization, so we didn’t have to spend too much of our funds for this event. Overall, it was another successful clean-up and I’m sure there will be more Adopt-A-Highway events in PDC’s future.
