Community Service Committee: Imiloa Birthday Celebration

The ‘Imiloa Astronomy Center hosted their 11th Annual Birthday Celebration on February 26th, 2017. The event included activities such as scavenger hunts, a tsunami wave-tank, and planetarium shows. There was also a food station provided by KTA Super Stores where hot dogs and burgers were available for purchase. Our fraternity organized a ‘Compounding for Kids’ booth for a hands-on experience of making silly putty. At the 7-hour long event we assisted children with mixing and handling the silly putty and were able to reach out to over 200 kids!
